Cloud solution architect

Your role

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you work on a project basis for various clients, where you are responsible for designing cloud architectures and guiding customers based on your expertise.

• You translate functional requirements and business needs into a cloud architecture — we primarily work with Oracle
• You convert architectural insights into a clear and actionable roadmap
• You advise on how platforms should evolve (in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid) and support your technical team during the implementation of the proposed solutions
• Next to your responsibilities with clients, you also contribute to the growth and development of Droppar

Who are you?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale environments
• You possess broad IT knowledge: Oracle Cloud (or other cloud providers), automation, and common enterprise technologies
• You have experience with automation and setting up pipelines (Ansible, Puppet, GitLab or Jenkins, Terraform)
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
• You are familiar with enterprise architectures and can design cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments
• You understand customer needs and always strive to deliver the best solution
• You communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and your internal team
• You enjoy working in varied technical environments and see change as an opportunity
• You keep up with the latest trends and developments to apply them effectively for our customers
